Die Cast Part for electronics enclosure, automotive. I worked on this product through from concept generation to production: - Created thermal model working closely with electronic design dept. - Thermal FEA using Solidworks - Testing of machined mock-up using thermal loads in heat chamber to verify FEA - Drop testing, Thermal shock, Humidity, Corrosion testing - Completion of 2D drawings for manufacture - Documentation of design. Completed test reports, FMEA & defined production tests.
