María Isabel Barros was born in Tucumán in 1976. She graduated as Ingeniera in Systems of Information in the year 2001. It was rewarded in several opportunities by their academic acting and their initiatives. At the moment she carries out their thesis work to obtain the grade of Master in Administration of Systems and Technologies of the Information. Their university studies and their labor experience define their profile like a professional guided to results with trajectory in the administration of projects, in the personnel's handling, and in the re organization of management processes. Their work is supported by technical specific knowledge, and strengthened by its capacity of leadership. Their objective is to be part of an organization where can share and to acquire knowledge. It considers that their participation will accompany to the organization in the continuous improvement of its processes and methods associated to its business rules.
