"* ON TIME * ON BUDGET * 100% PERFECTION " VERY BAD! Since this guys had this slogan, we hired those guys but they could not finish our project. They seems to be professional, but always busy and did make low speed progress. They will not working with full time for your project.They are always making up a story that they seems to be working from you, but they will not work for you at all.It was very good experience for us how to select right and professional guy.
