Technical Skills  RR DAR (Definition Alteration Request) investigation.  Working knowledge of 3D Modeling, Drafting and detailing of automobile electronic and aero engine components (Plastic and Metallic parts) using Pro E,UG NX and CATIA V5  Working knowledge of GD & T in application level and experience in stack up analysis  Working knowledge of basic concessions.  Working knowledge material analysis and product engineering of the automobile electronics components.  Knowledge of innovative new product design with respect to their Functional, Aesthetics and environmental requirements.  Working knowledge of product definition and material selection of plastic and metallic components with respect to their Quality problems, process difficulties and customer requirements.  Knowledge of Value Engineering, Reverse Engineering.  Working knowledge in metallic and plastic material properties and application.  Working knowledge in plastic material selection as per their functionality, application & usages.  Knowledge of gas turbine working principle and functional parts.  Knowledge of aero engine and aero plane component materials, properties and manufacturing methods.  Working knowledge of Mold flow Plastic Insight analysis after meshing with HYPERMESH software.
