Lane Community College Kiosk Project
This is a similar project to Walgreens, in which I project managed the updated solution for an existing client of an award winning Knowledge Base Management Software company. The tool integrated technology from three companies, providing a search index & live chat features. It was produced by a leading digital screen an kiosk company. The goal was to provide more tools for students to use in the Registrar of the campus, lower wait times or perceived wait times, and and improve service while building college loyalty. This solution can be vendor funded with an ad network. The kiosk is built to capture all information regarding engagement in superb analytic composition.
