I have a degree in software engineering and databases. I am also experienced in courses' production (including project management, business analysis, design, development, QA, deployment, and administration). I know e-learning standards, trends, LMSs and tools/languages, e.g., HTML5, Captivate, Articulate, Photoshop, several programming languages and Web standards. I have very good English skills (I am also technical writer). For almost ten years now, I have been providing an ongoing support for many clients worldwide, designing and customizing their learning experience. My both academic theses regarded e-learning challenges, research, and new ideas on how to use new trends and technologies to keep users focused and engaged.
