I am a Women's Empowerment Coach, a mama, and a traveler. I recently returned from 4 months overseas travel with my little family. I care deeply about women's well-being. I believe as women it is essential to prioritise self-love and self-care so we can show up as the best version of ourselves and be more present in our conversations and interactions with others. I help women untangle their limiting beliefs, relieve overwhelm, make powerful and effective requests, and align with their soul's potential so they can create their dream life, full of passion and purpose. Coaching is one of my core passions. I studied Ontological Coaching at Newfield Institute in Melbourne. Ontology focuses on your way of being, especially, language, body, and emotions. I also have extensive administrative and research experience and have previously worked in education, finance, travel, and film.
