I have good knowledge of Excel, Pivot table, charts, Advanced excel formulas, Dashboards, Data validation, What-if analysis. In real estate, I have experience in Rent roll, DSCR, CAGR, NOI, NPV, IRR, Debt Amortization Table, DCF Modeling, Property Valuation, Sensitivity Analysis, Waterfalll Structure.
Currently, I am working for a company Houzzbuyer LLC as a Data Analyst. It's a real estate company in Virginia, USA. Here, I work under the supervision of directors of the company. Here my responsibilities are to gather, analyze, evaluate & interpret the data and ensure the data accuracy while finding out the market value of the property or ARV (After repair value) by using the MLS (Multiple Listing Service). I work on Bright MLS website, i.e., a website where real estate agents list the properties for sale.
I work on auctions properties, wholesale market deals, rental deals, and other active market deals. Use Dotloop and Skyslope to prepare the contracts or agreements. I also prepare the listing of the property in MLS to sell and handle all the transactions related emails. In Short if I say here, I take care of the things from the buying till the selling.
Use google sheets to manage day-to-day tasks and operational activities. I always try to deliver new business strategies and develop systems and procedures to improve work quality and efficiency.
