I've been in cal lcenter industry for a year and half. I handled several line of businesses from several prominent companies. The account that I handled was health account and the campaigns that I handled are DCC, ADA and DLT. Most of the health campaigns that I handled was Diabetic campaigns. I also handled a project based financial account and the campaign that I handled was First National Bank of Omaha. This account was inbound sales and customer service. The last account that I handled was Pitney Bowes it is a postage meter. I was one of the Technical support representative, account support representative and sales associate.
