I've worked for the Asian Development Bank, a multinational and multilateral development bank, for over 2 decades in positions of increasing capacity. The first five years saw me assigned to do library work - cataloging, circulation, fully automated system. Then I got promoted to a new job employing my communication skills - mainly copyediting and enewsletter production, and lately content marketing of publications on economic development and issues using social media and e-mail marketing. Metadata work is one of the most recent work I've accomplished for ADB before I left in January 2015.
