ontent moderation is the function that approves, rejects and tags user generated content based on established brand and platform guidelines. Each brand will have different rules so it will be critical to identify the brand and then apply the proper guidelines. Where possible the agent actions should be the same regardless of the brand but we foresee a requirement to know the brand guidelines at the agent level.
