Divine Messenger (Short Fiction/Speculative Fiction)
This is a short story first published by Double Dragon Publishing in Twisted Tails III: Pure Fear. The guidelines for this project included writing short fiction with fear in the theme and finishing with a twist ending. There was no word count limit. I later reprinted the story in a compilation of my short fiction titled "Strange Eight." "Divine Messenger" received highly positive reviews and Twisted Tails III: Pure Fear, in which the story appears, became a 2008 ForeWord Magazine Book of the Year Finalist.
