I have been a Customer Service Representative for 3 years in the BPO industry in which I experienced different customer issues, how to handle each problem and come up with a real time solution. My competency lies in accuracy and efficiency. I'm seeking opportunities to work with various data, files and set up a system or update accounts to better assist a company run their daily operations smoothly and systematically.
