Realistic Pencil Drawings
These realistic, detailed drawings are commisioned for use as gifts and as an alternative to photographs in certain publications. My particular technique has a very soft quality to the shading giving the drawings a warm, fully rendered feel. Scans of the pencil drawings can be digitally coloured using a special technique I devised, breathing an added layer of life to the piece. An example of this can be seen in my profile picture.

Over 15 years of experience as a professional illustrator and graphic designer. As an illustrator I am skilled in a wide range of styles, notably photo-realistic portraits in graphite, superhero comic book style drawing and caricatures. On the design front I am an expert in corporate identity, advertising and packaging design.
