This manual also includes templates of Standard Operating Procedures for each role. This manual is the first of its kind in Australia and is 168 pages long. This manual was written for the National Meat Industry Training Advisory Council and the Australian Meat Processor Corporation and is being used around Australia as the preeminent training manual for NLIS operations.
