Permanent Skilled Level position in the End user support (IT (IT sector)) sector 1. Responsible IT agent for factory and intermediate product & materials warehouse facilities. 2. Assisting users with IT queries, redirecting where required, collecting additional information where required. 3. Assisting rest of IT team with scripts where possible when multi-workstation actions/solutions are required. 4. Working on .NET Software Projects to optimize workflow if/when time is available.

Permanent Skilled Level position 1. Submitting weekly reports on outsourced services - ADSL accounts from ISP 2. Submitting reports on Maximizer MaxExchange servers on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. 3. Assisting users with IT queries, redirecting where required, collecting additional information where required. 4. Assisting rest of IT team with scripts where possible when multi-workstation actions/solutions are required. 5. Working on .NET Software Projects if/when time is available.

Permanent Senior Level Report accurately on occurrences of interest during shift. Control, communicate and, if necessary, discipline staff as per established HR procedures. Attend monthly meetings between management and production departments' supervisors. Communicate any possible problems and/or suggestions from staff to management. (Voluntary work, not a duty) Develop an absenteeism tracking solution for senior management.

Permanent Senior Level position Supervision and operation of 3MVA submerged arc furnace reducing (but not limited to) ferrochrome. Supervision of water-cooling system. Supervision of feed materials. Hot and cold patching of furnace lining (refractory). Breakdown reaction and repair/recovery.
