Project of Comprehensive School
There is a project of Comprehensive School. The school consists of 4 blocks. In two blocks there are 30 classrooms, laboratories and workshops. Each academic block is an atrium which surrounded by classes. The learning process is supplemented with a museum component - in the classrooms and halls there are exhibits that are relevant to the subjects which are taught at the school. In recreational areas there are computers. The idea of building an atrium - the core of the building - is to show the openness of science. The second block is a dining room and a gym. The third block is a library, auditorium, administration and museum. Special columns were developed to maintain the gym. The design of these columns had to solve several problems: first, they have to withstand the construction of gym; secondly, they have to do the facade more dynamic; and thirdly, they should arouse the interest of pupils. This project was done with Autodesk Revit, Autocad & Photoshop.
