I am a Dental Virtual Assistant/Claim Assistant with experience in Open Dental, Eagle Soft, Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend. My duties as a VA are to submit and check the status of all pre-estimate and claims, organize and track approved pre-determinations, verify patient’s eligibility and benefits through phone and insurance portals, check payment status, submit daily and weekly reports, provider credentialing, aged claims, etc.
