In my previous work experience I had the opportunity to get heavily involved in the teaching process of the English and German languages for students and meanwhile I was fully committed to my job as it required deep knowledge and understanding of pupils' psychology. I was completely integrated into the school environment and apart from teaching I had different operational tasks regarding the daily school processes for instance motivation of students, improving their communication skills, writing stories, filing, filling out school registry forms, getting familiar with practice codes, handling interpersonal situations between students and their parents. I also had experience in various types of administrative activities, handling phone calls, arranging meetings, filing data base, using MS Office, Lotus Notes.
