TCS supports three types of users namely Admin, Project Manager and Field Technician. Initially the PM will create the standard application tables Task Status, Skill Types and Reason Codes. The PM will be able to define various parts that will be used by FTS. For each task (In Master BOT), the PM has to define the details about the task, define the possible task resource files (PDF, WORD and other graphics files) and the actual procedure/steps to carry out the task. Once the Master BOT is created, the PM could create a new project by defining the client’s details, customer locations for that project and other details such as Planned Start/End dates.
