* Facilitates Requirements Gathering / JAD Sessions with External & Internal Clients. * Responsible for documenting explicit and implicit project requirements using a toolbox which includes (but is never limited to) Current State Analysis, Process Modeling, Paper Prototyping, Gap Analysis, UML (Use Cases and UML Diagrams), UI Prototypes, Report Prototypes, Site Maps, Wireframes, Copy Decks, and Data Models. * Works in tandem with the Project Manager to provide support for Change Management, Issue Resolution, and Risk Management processes. * Works closely with Development Team as Business Subject Matter Expert during Technical Design and Development phases of projects. * Works side by side with QA to develop Test Plans, Test Scripts, and Test Execution to ensure conformance to requirements. * Develops and facilitates end user training at the individual contributor and management levels.
