AR/IT Analyst
o Manage the back-office definitional data specific to reseller and provider contracts. o Ensure the receipt and application of provider commission data for approximately 30 different system integrations o Manage operational ticket resolution for data issues identified by provider & reseller teams. o Support provider team for the quarterly/semi-annual/annual status and payment reconciliation processes with the 30+ providers currently doing business with Acceller. o Establish relationships with provider liaisons to Acceller to facilitate the needs of data management responsibility. o Comprehensive database management and migration to SQL. o Advanced proficiency in Excel Formulas and Macros. o Experience in posting and analysing payment data management, Chargebacks, Incentive and/or Bonus trends. o Work directly with VP and Controller. o Able able to work independently and have good communication skills.
