Loffredo Warehouse

JM Design Studio was selected as project coordinator for architectural and construction supervision for this 16,000 sq. ft. warehouse tenant improvement in April, 2011. Our client desired to convert a portion of the concrete tilt-up warehouse building into refrigerated cooler space for perishable food products. Demolition of existing offices and was required in order to accommodate the required cooler square footage. One of the main challenges associated with the project was the time constraints. All municipality submittals and approvals had to be attained within a 6 week period. Bid documents had to completed within two months of being awarded the project, and total project construction needed be completed by the end of July, 2011. JM Design Studio successfully met all deadlines and time constraints.
