I am a Customer Service Representative that has enjoyed the profession for twenty years. I have experience with Technical Support over the phone as well as sales. I enjoy writing articles in my spare time, working as a freelancer allows me the time to enhance my skills in different fields while still pursuing my passion for writing. I am serious when needed to be, I have been known to punctuate my articles with a little whimsical notions as well.
