If there was a rating less than one star I would use it. He wasted my time in the worst way. From the beginning the communication with him was a struggle. He kept telling me that needs more time. After the deadline by over a month he told me that he can't send me the work, you can guess the reason of course .. he got COVID-19. When I asked to ask one of his 10 team members to send me the work, he confessed that he works alone. So why would you lie and write that on your page?
