I am an independent writer and consultant, I help small-to-medium businesses with researching, planning and preparing to establish a business locally or overseas. My background is business and law majoring in international trade law and having studied, lived and worked in Australia, Japan, China, Sweden and Germany. I have researched laws and business conditions in many countries including the US, across Europe and Asia. I have written partnership agreements, HR policies and employee handbooks, service and employment contracts and business plans. I have also written articles on economics, law and finance for various clients including an ebook on intellectual property law. I have mostly worked privately or on Elance, but as this is an Australian-based site I am interested to try finding some work here!
