I've been leading a development team in a MNC company to deliver solutions in virtualization and storage domain. I've 11+ years of software development experience. I develop application software's in C++ and Java. Writing modular, reusable code with good design principles so as to accommodate future enhancements and requirements to the product are my strengths. I am currently developing Storage Array based High Availability solution for datacenters hosted on VMWare vSphere. My past experience include write storage providers for vSphere, Fraud Management software for Telecom domain.
