I have experienced working as an Email Seller Support at Synnex Concentrix, a BPO company, under Amazon Seller Support account, an eCommerce company in the US. I also get pulled out multiple times as a Person of Contact which supports a team on production who answers reps questions, supervise the team and answer supervisor calls when necessary but only for temporarily. I have also worked as a Data Entry Specialist, Live Chat and Email support. I can easily adapt to any kind of work, I am a team player, fast-learner, goal-oriented type of a person. I always challenge myself to find opportunities for me to grow and I really am looking for a job which I can grow more as a person as well as develop my career skills.
