This provider promised a 5 day turn around on the 5th day I ask how the project was going. He explained to me that he didnt work on weekends. So a few days later I emailed him for a progress and status report. He told me that his hard drive crashed and thathe would need the files I sent him again. We are at 10 days now. On the 15th day I told that my customer was getting a bit anxious and was going to cancel If I didn't get some changes up on there site. He changed one color for Black to blue for me. On the 22nd day I emailed him for updates. No response for the next 3 days until I told him that the customer is canceling the project. He said sorry for the problems. I think he just bit off more than he could crew and did not have the skills for the project I requested.
