North Jersey Transportation Planning Authority, June 1996 - Feb 1998
Provided technical support, research, program analysis, and strategic planning and policy recommendations to the central staff, New Jersey state, county and municipal as well as Federal officials. Developed a department-wide relational database management system to consolidate and enable centralized administration for departmental data. Managed the NJTPA web site development and launch, the first website for a Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) in the United States.
