Live Production Module - VB.NET & ASP.NET - XML The live production module was new program written in vb.net to solve the inefficiency of the production floor. What it did was provide managers on the shop floor "live" data of production. It measured low production areas and identified bottle necks in the production process. Red and green light of troubled areas were alerted and mangers were dispatched to inspect the problem. Over a course of 1 year production increased 20% producing more revenue and throughput. Designed, developed, coded, debugged, implemented by me.
