The main object of the system is controlling the security of every gate of the company. The system serves the following purpose:- 1) Keep details of every vehicle that are use for company transport. 2) Keep details of every transporters who supply the vehicle to the company 3) Keep details of every vendors that supply raw materials, labours etc. 4) Keep the details of every department including responsibility of the department, responsible person of the department etc. 5) The system also able to hold the details of employee that are working on the department. 6) It also able to hold the details of customer and worker also. 7) The system can able to store the details about vehicle, transporter, supplier, customer & employee. 8) Generation of all required MIS reports. 9) It also keeps track materials and contractors details. 10) By the help of the PO no or Delivery no it can be fetched the total quantity of materials is being ordered and in what time it should be delivered.
