Very unprofessional. Gives lots of excuses and leaves the project in the middle citing excuses. Hiring him means waste of time and money.

Couldn´t deliver in time, several delays. Obviously the subject was to didfficult eventhough a lot of promises of good stuff at promised time. He did deliver only a part of what was agreed upon, sp thats why the low grade. But to be fair the copy delivered was written in good english and substantial.
