Ignasi R.

I. Rius obtained his BSc (Honours) on Computer Science Engineering in 2003 from the Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona (UAB). He worked as a freelancer and part-time worker for many projects related to server administration and web development and programming. In 2005 he received his MSc, and in 2010 he finished his PhD studies at a research center devoted to Computer Vision in Barcelona. His Thesis work is focused on the modeling and analysis of human motion for visual tracking and recognition applications. At the university he taught the "Compilers" and "Data Structure" subjects. He is currently working (since 2007) in an R&D department of an European leader broadcast and media company.
