I have been working as Virtual Assistant since last more than 9 years for UK, USA and Canada Based clients. In my past 9 years of experience, I performed major role in various companies and facilitated in foremost business activities. One of the major roles, I involved was managing the team and get train new members for the processes. I am having massive experience working with e-store including Yahoo store, eBay, Amazon, Magento, Shopatron and other stores. My major responsibilities were to maintain eStore, processing the orders, solving the queries, taking care of product listing, calculating price, follow up to UPS, USPS, FedEx and taking care of buying orders and creating purchase order. I am good with and provided administrative tasks, good with excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google doc and online management tools. I am also having experience working with Joomla, Wordpress, CPenel, and hosting websites. I installed joomla, wordpress app on server for new website and provided back end support for the sites.
