Worker delivered an aesthetically pleasing and professional website. Graphic design and good layout was a strength of this worker. The worker also completed the project on time. There were some weaknesses though including: 1) There was a moderate lack of attention to detail and the website was not thoroughly tested and debugged by the worker. Attempts were made to clearly describe bugs with the website. Some of those issues were not resolved by the worker and I had to fix the programming problems myself. Fortunately, I was able to do that. 2) Two example websites sites were listed that we wanted to "clone." One request, for example, included an estimate page. The worker did not seem capable or did not understand what I wanted (English as a 2nd language?) and thus did not deliver to my expectations. Instead of an interactive estimate page like in the sample websites, we ended up with just a listing of estimations. 3) None of the webpages with forms that collected information worked. I had to manually edit them myself to make them work. 4) While the worker responded well to emails, it was at time difficult to understand the worker's emails (English as 2nd language?).
