I proofread a bi-monthly area magazine, Area Woman, in Fargo, ND. I also write and do photography. I lived in Greifswald, Germany for 2 years where I became fluent in Germany. I worked as an English tutor, English proofreader and German to English translator for mainly medical and technical texts. While in Germany, my main clients were the teaching doctors at University of Greifswald Medical Department, Neoplas-INP (a plasma research organization) and Vifanord. Back in the United States I have also proofread a collection of short stories by Julia Penner-Zook and a novel by Teale Thurman.
