Henry is a beginner Web-developer. He breaks before the project's end. He put pressure on me to leave initial payment (which i did) later for the final payment, though the project was incomplete. (he made excuses that if the project isn't completed within the given time, it will give a negative impact on his feedback). I have hired someone else for this project. His work is full of mess, can't write correct codes. His skills are deadly Horrible!!! I asked Freelancer to ask him to return my 16$ back.
