Sequential Elevator Control (Semester Project)
An elevator is to be designed for a three story building. Our job was to make a digital control system required for such a building, employing basic logic gates along with flip flops for storage purposes. The control design is based on a sequential setup. The project is based on making a three level elevator design. The floor inputs are '1' when someone in elevator presses ground, first or second floor buttons. The input calls are '1'when someone one on ground, first or second floor presses the elevator call button. The output 'u' displays upward motion of elevator and 'd' displays the downward motion of elevator. The '-' displays that elevator is at rest. The display 'G', '1', '2' displays the elevator position on the floors.
