My first employment was as a office secretary in a construction firm. It involves answering phone calls, managing my employer's schedule, updating price lists of construction materials, payroll, bank transactions, correspondence and presentation of project progress to clients. In this job, i was able to meet people with big names in the city. One of them became my second employer, a Chinese businessman whom i have worked for as his executive assistant for a year. Its more like my previous job but on a higher level since i worked for the president of a bigger company, for the boss of my previous boss. I have learned to be even more proficient and effective with the tasks assigned to me and allowed myself to grow and learn new things like real estate. After a year, my former employer asked for my services as his executive assistant since he has put up new businesses and needed people he can trust to help him in pioneering and establishing a firm foundation. I have experienced managing a restaurant where I have developed skills in Customer Service and team motivation. I am currently employed as a virtual administrative assistant with various tasks that includes data entry, email managing, CRMs, and other common administrative tasks.
