I have spent over 3 years in high-tech multi-national Software Development companies. I worked as a Software Engineer in Netsol Technologies Limited, CMMI® Maturity Level 5 certified organization. It provides automated and IT enabled solutions catering to businesses across various verticals across the globe and is one of the pioneer and successful IT industries in Pakistan. Its LeaseSoft (software solution for Leasing and Finance industry) has now become the leading leasing software in the world. During my stay in Netsol I participated in the Design and Development of web based solution for Office Automation developed using state-of-the-art J2EE technologies. Recently I was working as a Software Engineer and Acting Team Lead in Digital Processing Systems Inc. It is a multinational software development company having head office in United States of America (USA) and site offices in different countries of the world including Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait, Thailand and Pakistan. During my stay in DPS Inc I participated in a leading role in the Design & Development of Human Resource Management System and Time & Attendance Management system. I have experience of leading a team while my stay in DPS Inc. I also participated in CMMI Level 3 certification activities as a Functional Area Representative (Team Lead (TL) and Configuration Management Representative (CMR)). I have extensive experience of software development using state-of-the-art J2EE technologies like Struts/Spring 1.2.9, Hibernate 3.0, JasperReports 1.3, Oracle Database 10g, MySQL Database, Oracle 10g Application Server, Jboss Application Server, Aspect Oriented Programming using Spring Framework. In tools I have used JDeveloper 10g, Eclipse 3.2, TOAD for Oracle 10g, MySQL Enterprise Manager, JasperAssistant and iReport.
