Role and Responsibilities Responsibilities will be required at Middle customer level • Provide technical support for company's customers in form of e-mail, fax, phone call, on-site etc. • Install/configure Microsoft software products and any other products that the company distributes • Diagnose/Troubleshoot Microsoft Products and any other products that the company distributes • Provide information/consultation for the customer about Microsoft products and any other products that the company distributes in implementation (Software, Hardware) • Daily Technical Support on various products • Prepare user manuals, support articles, FAQ etc. • Evaluate new Microsoft products and any other company related software. • Design/perform training programs to clients • Prepare/perform presentations about technical issues for customers and co-workers/managers. • Provide on-job-training for new workers. Skills: • Desktop / Server configuration and maintenance (Hadware and Software) • LAN / WAN Installation & support maintenance • Switch, Firewall, Routers configuration and maintenance • DNS / Web Site Hosting configuration and maintenance • Windows operating systems • ISA Server • Exchange Server • Active Directory • Systems Management Server • Sharepoint Portal Server or Website Development • F-secure Antivirus • Symantec Antivirus • GFI Mail Securities and Essentials • Microsoft Endpoint Software • And any other skills that may be required on the job Qualifications: • Either Technical Degree ( preferably IT ) or College level IT training certificate • At least one year experience in IT operations or technical support team • Strong understanding of Local Area Networking • Ideally MCSE, MCSA and / or CISCO certified • Strong understanding of Microsoft products • Experience with Antivirus software, Backup software and Microsoft software • General: Proficient in English - Written & Spoken - Team Player - Motivated
