Sachin is a good worker, in a manner that he was the only person who was willing to complete the task well before it was even due. This to me shows his eager to gain work. With Sachin, be sure to be very clear with what you want, and make sure you ask questions of Sachin, to ensure everyone is on the same page. He is quick to provide a step-by-step guide if needed, and should do this with all of the customers, especially if they do not understand the program and such. If needed, I would seek his assistance again.
