1. Slow; A 2 month project, he took one year and didn't finish any complete working copy. 2. Cheater; Everytime he should send me complete source, he send me part of the source. Everytime he told me to give me release, he just broke his words 3. Greedy; By giving me part of the source, he wants to charge me more for the left of the source. Really Greedy.

Eric bucher (the employer) and Criticaldev (the worker) agreed to reduce the scope of the project, since they allege that the remaining requirements are no longer necessary in the final source code. vWorker could neither confirm nor deny these allegations. Both parties agreed to release a partial payment of $2400.00 to Criticaldev (the worker); Eric bucher (the employer) received remaining escrowed funds. Eric bucher (the employer) later contacted vWorker and alleged that arbitration was used to reduce the scope of the contract, but that work was to continue for Criticaldev (the worker) to submit the final deliverables. Criticaldev (the worker) agreed to continue working and to upload all deliverables to the site by the deadline or they would forfeit the project. Criticaldev did not do so. Since funds were previously released to Criticaldev (the worker) for work that they did not complete and since they refused to return the funds back to Eric bucher (the employer), their account has been closed.

It has been a pleasure working with Criticaldev and though it took longer than originally anticipated, the plugin they developed for us works very well. Communication was excellent and I am very satisfied with their work. The only shortcoming is that one has to be careful about is the GUI being created as cleanly as it can and should be, but that is minor and they are happy to make any and all adjustments needed. It was a great experience working with them and I expect to use them again.
