Website Design for Real Estate Agency • $100 USD

Buyer BEWARE. The good: The freelancer follows up promptly for your feedback, some design elements look good but overall design was average so three star rating is correct. The bad: This freelancer will try to get more money from you than agreed up front. Our initial requirement was for multiple pages and unlimited revisions, the freelancer stated they would only do one page unless we paid more. Since it was for a client we had no choice because the client already accepted the first page. Beware. The Ugly: This freelancer will employ a trick and not accept the project at first, even though they start working on it. If he doesn't accept the project immediately then select another freelancer. He will never get our business again!
