Mail Management Web Application For Tata Technologies
This project is designed to ensure proper management of all letters (hard copies of government letters,letters from other institutions addressed to Tata Motors.The Letters are scanned & uploaded into the system in the Company's standard format & its alotted a reference number & assigned to concerned department). This Application allows normal features of a webmail client among various departments of the company along with other desired features like: 1: Log Report (contains history all activities carried out on that letter as its circulated among various departments) 2: Automatic Mail Reminder for Pending/unattended Cases & unreplied mails after the due date. 3: Archive of All mails/letters.(as a record, to enable search for letters for future reference). 4: Restricted Access to all Mails.(different Access level defined for different employee's). 5:Features like Table Sorter,Pagination of results etc. http://u2612107.nettech.net.in/ttl/ [Access is Login Protected]
