I am a Venezuelan Spanish speaker, technician and university professional graduated from educational institutes with great experience in my country, during the performance of my work I have taken great care to develop skills that have allowed me to fully comply with acquired work and professional commitments.
As a Computer Engineer and technician in external plant telecommunications systems, I have managed to obtain more than 10 years of experience supported by continuous learning by exercising my work in different roles as a support analyst, thanks to this, I have acquired qualities and skills in the IT Technology Support area and customer service providing my professional support to customers and users in person and remotely, in their needs in terms of troubleshooting Windows and GNU / Linux Operating Systems, installation, configuration and maintenance of applications, networks, and telephony, among others.
