Individual Performance Reports (Excel)
Emma worked with partners across the business to design individual sales performance reports that provided key metrics in an easy to understand format that could be updated automatically for 250 staff. Emma designed and specified a SAS extract and built a spreadsheet report that provided information across a wide range of metrics at summary and granular levels. The report's design highlighted top performers, performance against target and progress across the year for individuals and team leaders.
