Rockville Addition II
We took a second round of design of this addition to a suburban family house of four. The client requested to revise the design to allow the possibility of being built in phases and to reduce the demolition of the existing property.
About Me
I am a dynamic and creative architect with broad experience in diverse projects types. Since graduating from the Israel Institute of Technology with a Master Degree in Architecture, I have worked on several public & private projects during my career in the us and abroad. Sustainability is a very important issue for me in my work and most of the projects I have participated on have been LEED certified. My attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills ensure that every project I work on is done accurately and to the highest possible standard. I am comfortable working as part of a team but also have the ability to take an authoritative role when the situation arises. My verbal communication skills and positive attitude make me an effective communicator with all clients and coworkers. Strong design ethics and excellent working knowledge of contracts documents are my strongest points. I possess impeccable technical and computer skills with advanced knowledge of Revit,Autocad, Archicad, Sketchup, Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite and other BIM & graphics communication programs.
