I was brought back into the head office to help update the local systems to reflect the changes made in Auckland system. Achievements: - Updated over 3000 products details with images and custom categories for integrating with the website. - Loaded over 2000 products Dangerous Goods (DG) information manually from Safety Data Sheets (SDS) obtained from the manufacturers to comply with the new Worksafe Hazardous Goods Inventory. Due to the large amount of products in our system it was easier to load the information into our system to export it in whatever format we require. - Created custom reporting that allows instant retrieval and output of Dangerous Goods products across all the branches that comply with the Worksafe Hazardous Goods Inventory standards, and also helped other partner companies implement similar systems at their end. This was important as the online system offered by Worksafe only caters for this with a few dozen products, not a few thousand.

Linkup Paint Supplies purchased the Linkup Auckland branch in August 2018, and my role involved supporting the new staff and the existing staff with the transition to new systems and procedures.
